The Role

CDC Charter offers shuttle services for OPTUS employees stationed at the OPTUS Head Office in North Ryde. We are seeking a customer service-oriented bus driver capable of shuttling OPTUS employees from the OPTUS Head Office in North Ryde to Macquarie Park Station

In this position, you'll begin and conclude your tasks at OPTUS North Ryde. The operating hours are from 06:30 AM to 10:45 AM and from 14:30 to 19:15. There's also opportunity for voluntary charter work available between the morning and afternoon shifts.


About you

To be successful in this role, you will provide a reliable and friendly service to our customers by displaying the following qualities:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from all walks of life
  • The ability to show compassion and empathy
  • A willingness and the aptitude to learn
  • Able to work as part of a team or independently

You will also need to hold the below licenses/checks

  • Previous experience in medium rigid or heavy vehicle driving
  • Must hold a minimum of a MR licence and a NSW Driver’s Authority
  • Current NSW Working with Children check for paid work or willingness and eligibility to obtain one
