The Role:

CDC NSW is looking for a reliable and self-motivated Service Delivery Clerk to join their team at Mount Kuring gai depot. This is an ongoing full-time opportunity reporting to the Depot Manager to provide support across various tasks at Mount Kuring Gai Depot.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Manage record keeping for lost property including disposal and responding to inquiries. Work closely with the customer service team in relation to the management of lost property.
  • Respond to customer complaints and provide good customer service support ensuring that complaints and inquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintaining communications reports and ensure they are recorded.
  • Ensure company assets are properly maintained secured and protected.
  • Provide general administration support to the depot.
  • Raise and receipt Purchase Orders as required 
  • Order and distribute employee uniforms 
  • Order stationery and depot stock 
  • Work in a safe manner at all times and in accordance with CDC Policy and Procedures 
  • Following instructions and using the safety equipment provided
  • Reporting hazards and incidents

About You:

  • A positive and motivated team player
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy
  • Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities

 Qualification and accreditations:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint
  • Basic to Advance use of Microsoft Excel
  • Comfortable in learning other applications from the Microsoft Office Suite
