The Role:

This full-time position based at our Seven Hills Depot will suit a Panel Beater who has the ability to maintain and repair our bus fleet to ensure we can continue connecting people and places safely. 

These positions will see you responsible for providing high quality mechanical servicing on our fleet of buses.

What you will do: 

  • Maintaining, repairing and servicing our fleet
  • Identifying, reporting and repairing vehicle defects
  • Conducting planned maintenance in accordance with workshop schedules
  • Completing assigned duties in a safe, clean, competent and timely manner
  • Entering accurate information into fleet maintenance software
  • Attending to breakdowns, accidents and incidents

 What you bring:

 If you are looking for a great work life balance, are passionate about working on buses and have: 

  • A current Motor Vehicle Repair Licence
  • Previous experience in the Heavy Vehicle Inspection process conducted by the RMS
  • Heavy vehicle experience
  • MR or HR driver's licence or willingness to obtain
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to adhere to regulation guidelines
  • The ability to establish and maintain good working relationships
