Join CDC NSW, one of Australia’s leading bus operators, supporting the delivery of essential public transport services. This role is with our Contracts team to support the delivery and performance of TfNSW contracts through contract administration, compliance, reporting, analytics and stakeholder engagement. Reporting to Contracts Manager, this role will drive governance, process improvement, automation and AI-enabled reporting to achieve contractual and business outcomes.

CDC NSW is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to support the effective management of our Transport for NSW (TfNSW) contracts.

This role is responsible for coordinating contract reporting, monitoring compliance obligations, maintaining contract records and supporting performance outcomes. Working closely with operational and corporate stakeholders, you will help ensure contractual commitments are met, risks are managed and reporting requirements are delivered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and prepare contractual reports and supporting documentation in line with agreed requirements and timeframes.
  • Interpret and apply contract obligations, KPI frameworks, governance requirements and Operator Plan commitments.
  • Maintain contract registers, reporting trackers and records, ensuring information is accurate and audit-ready.
  • Liaise with TfNSW and internal stakeholders regarding reporting, compliance and contract matters.
  • Monitor contractual obligations, identify risks and support initiatives to improve contract performance and reduce abatements.
  • Analyse and validate data from operational and business systems to support compliance and performance reporting.
  • Maintain contract documentation, SharePoint sites and filing systems, including version control and supporting evidence.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, contract administration processes and data management practices.
  • Support governance activities, management reporting and broader Contract Management team initiatives.

About You

  • Degree qualified in Business, Commerce, Economics, Law or a related discipline.
  • 4 to 6 years' experience in contract administration, compliance, reporting or a similar role.
  • Experience working with government or performance-based contracts will be highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, compliance and document control.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Dynamics 365 or similar business systems is advantageous.
  • Transport, infrastructure or operational industry experience is desirable.
