About the Role:
The Charter division at CDC is looking for an experienced Customer Reservations Manager to join their team at the St Marys depot.
Reporting to the General Manager Charter, this position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and acting as the key link between customer needs and operational delivery to the Charter Division. You will lead a team focused on resolving issues, improving customer experience, and supporting long-term partnerships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management of Charterer Consultants
- Oversee Charter bookings and provide support to the Charter team with regard to quotes and bookings
- Ensure booking quotes are in line with approved pricing
- Working with Charter Operations ensure bookings can be delivered by operations and capacity is available
- Complete monthly invoicing and ensure all invoicing is completed prior to end of month
- Visit customers as required in conjunction with Charter Consultants and the Business Development Manager
- Develop and maintain a cohesive work environment in line within CDC Policies and Procedures
- Provide Monthly reports on Charter Revenue (Bookings) / Pipeline Reporting / Revenue below target pricing
- Working with Finance assist in debtors and collection / payment of invoices.
- Other Duties as directed
About You:
- Prior experience working in complex organisations, preferably in the public transport industry
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills
- Previous customer experience management essential
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A customer-first mindset and proactive attitude
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualification and accreditations:
- Degree in Business Management or similar would be well regarded
