At CDC NSW, we’re not just about buses — we’re about people, purpose, and powerful communication. We’re on the lookout for a creative and organised Internal Communications Specialist (Part Time - 0.6 FTE - to help us connect, inform, and inspire our teams across NSW.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating the development and rolling out Internal Communications Calendar and staff engagement campaigns that actually get people talking.
- Developing and keeping our Internal Communications Plan on track and aligned with business goals.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to gather stories, updates, and insights.
- Optimising the use of our internal communications systems (including Blink and Xibo along with our intranet)
- Collaboration with our National Internal Communications team.
- Promoting a culture of safety, sustainability, and team spirit.
What You Bring
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar or previous experience in a similar role would be highly regarded as well..
- Top-notch writing skills and a flair for stakeholder communications.
- A knack for juggling priorities.
- Microsoft Word competence, with solid PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with SharePoint, internal comms application, Blink and a desire.
- A collaborative spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and the confidence to manage conflict when needed.
