About the Role:

The Charter division at CDC NSW is currently looking for a dynamic and passionate Charter Reservations Consultant to join the team at our St. Marys office in Western Sydney. Reporting to the Charter Reservations Manager, this role will provide administration support to Charter team and excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Responding to inbound communications (phone and email) in a timely manner
  • Respond and process all quotes/bookings/correspondence from customers in a timely manner with high attention to detail
  • Ensure we are meeting KPI’s and correct margins
  • Ensuring customer service standards are always adhered to
  • Invoicing as required
  • Face to Face customer meetings as required
  • General office duties and other ad hoc tasks as required
  • Liaising with key stakeholders both internally and externally

  • A positive and strong team player with exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Personable, well-presented in person and on the phone
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Well organised, able to prioritise effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills
  • An ability to work with minimal supervision
