Payroll Officer – Seven Hills + Hybrid Work Option

What You’ll Be Doing
- Be an important contributor to the end-to-end payroll process across multiple sites and brands.
- Process entitlements including new starters, terminations, overtime, allowances, and leave.
- Manage payroll data from timesheets, spreadsheets, and time & attendance systems.
- Maintain accurate superannuation records and employee details.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to employees with payroll queries.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and remittance summaries.
What You Bring
- Hands-on payroll experience.
- Familiarity with Micropay and electronic time & attendance systems.
- Experience in a blue-collar environment and applying EBAs to payroll.
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
