We're looking for friendly, safety-focused people to join our team as Bus Drivers at our Bateau Bay Depot. If you enjoy working with people, value job security and want to make a real difference in your local community, we'd love to hear from you.

No previous bus driving experience? That's okay. If you hold a Medium Rigid (MR) licence or above, we'll support you through the rest.

What you'll be doing

As a Bus Driver, you'll play an important role in keeping your local community moving safely every day.

You'll:

  • Safely transport passengers across scheduled bus services
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections
  • Work split shifts across morning and afternoon peak periods
  • Represent CDC NSW with professionalism and pride

Who we're looking for

You'll need:

  • A current NSW Medium Rigid (MR) Licence or higher
  • A NSW Bus Driver Authority (or willingness to obtain one, we'll guide you through the process)
  • A Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A current RMS Driving History Report
  • Australian working rights
  • A commitment to safety and excellent customer service
  • Availability to work split shifts
