Your Role as Manager, Operational Support

As a key member of our management team, you’ll:

  • Lead the Operational Control Centre (OCC) team to ensure optimal bus and driver deployment.
  • Champion incident and emergency response protocols, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and refine standards for service disruption management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive smooth project execution.
  • Assess and manage risks that impact service delivery.

Who You Are

  • A degree-qualified professional in Business or a related field.
  • A seasoned leader with experience in public transport or similar operational environments.
  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

  • Strong communication and decision-making abilities—especially under pressure.

  • Experience in control centre operations and emergency response.
