ServiceNow Platform Engineer
We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for building, managing, and enhancing our ServiceNow instance to streamline business processes and improve service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, REST APIs, and web services to automate workflows and create seamless integrations
- Develop new applications and enhance existing ones to optimize business processes
- Troubleshoot and debug platform issues to identify root causes and implement fixes
- Create technical documentation for new and existing platform customizations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide platform recommendations
- Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow instance and plugins to ensure peak performance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and administration
- Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript and REST API integration
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and web services
- Understanding of IT service management principles and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
