What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the launch and ongoing operation of a new repair centre, including recruiting, onboarding, and building the team
- Driving production targets, quality standards, and customer outcomes from day one
- Managing day-to-day workshop operations, scheduling, and workflow across all repair stages
- Building strong relationships with insurance partners, suppliers, and other key stakeholders
- Coaching and developing technicians and support staff to reach their full potential
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and manufacturer standards
- Reporting on site performance and driving continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing a smash repair or automotive workshop, ideally at a senior or leadership level
- A track record of building or leading high-performing teams
- Strong understanding of repair processes, production scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, with a focus on efficiency and customer outcomes
- Comfortable in a start-up-style environment — hands-on, adaptable, and driven
- Full Australian work rights required
