The Role

As our Parts Person, you'll play a key role in keeping repairs moving efficiently by ensuring the right parts are received, managed, and delivered to our repair team when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and manage parts requirements for repair jobs
  • Receive, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming parts deliveries
  • Distribute parts to technicians and repair staff
  • Manage back orders, awaiting parts, and supplier credits
  • Maintain accurate inventory and system records
  • Keep workshop parts operations running smoothly and efficiently

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about the automotive industry.

You'll Bring

  • Strong knowledge of vehicles and automotive parts
  • Experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role
  • Intermediate computer and systems skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Full Australian working rights
