So, who can be an Estimator at SMART?

Automotive repair industry experience, including Repairs, Refinishing, Assembly, Technician and Dismantling are all highly regarded.

We don’t expect you to know absolutely everything about all makes and models of cars, but you should have good literacy skills to be able to follow documented methods.

You’ll also have good computer skills.

While we train you with our systems, you’ll already have the ability to professionally construct and respond to emails when dealing with customers and suppliers.

A proven ability to work within timeframes, while working with, and motivating your team to produce quality outcomes.

Our roles are full-time and permanent, so you must have full AU work rights.

Most importantly, you must be prepared to make safety your number one priority for yourself, your colleagues and your customers.
