As a proven leader within the Automotive Industry, you'll demonstrate the ability to prioritise, manage & motivate the production team. This role demands strong leadership, technical expertise, and business acumen to ensure the safe, efficient and effective functioning of the repair centre to deliver high quality standards and services within the agreed timelines.

Based in Blackburn, this full time, permanent role will see you lead from the front ensuring yours and, your teams' ultimate success.

Role responsibilities (but not limited to)

  • Organise team and workflow through production
  • Ensure quality repair is completed to scope within time frame
  • Coach and develop team to improve capability and productivity
  • Check repair is completed correctly at each stage of repair and complete final sign off of QA
  • Ensure the site is kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Does this sound like you?

  • Previous Collision Repair experience in a leadership capacity (minimum 2 years experience).
  • Qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting (highly desirable).
  • Inspirational leadership and great people management skills.
  • A focus on site safety, workflow and productivity.
  • A commitment to quality and the customer experience.
  • The ability to coach and develop team members to improve capability.
