What You'll Be Doing

Panel Beater

• Repairing and restoring vehicle bodies to manufacturer specifications
• Assessing damage and determining the best repair method
• Working with a range of repair techniques and equipment

Spray Painter

• Mixing, matching, and applying paint to a high standard finish
• Preparing surfaces and ensuring correct paint application processes
• Buffing and finishing vehicles in line with job sheet requirements

Estimator

• Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate repair quotes
• Liaising with insurers, customers, and the workshop team to manage job flow
• Ensuring repair estimates align with quality and time standards

What We're Looking For

• Trade-qualified or experienced in your relevant field (panel beating, spray painting, or estimating) within the automotive or collision repair industry
• High attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
• Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
• Full Australian work rights required (driver's licence preferred but not essential)
