The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at Darra, Brisbane.

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up to date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to:

Role responsibilities

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
  • Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
  • Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interaction
  •  Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.

  • Be organised and has exceptional time management skills
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone
  • Work well in a team
