About the role:

As a Panel Beater, you’ll prepare, strip, repair, and help assemble vehicles in line with Capital SMART processes and quality standards. You will ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Completing scheduled repair jobs following the SMART processes and repair principles
• Checking all required parts are ordered and notifying the Estimator if parts are missing or incorrect
• Assisting with vehicle assembly when needed
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment at all times (Clean Workspace Policy)
• Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety and Quality Assurance policies and procedures
• Respecting customer vehicles and company equipment
• Contributing to a positive, respectful culture within the workshop

We’re looking for someone with:

• Trade qualification as a Panel Beater
• NSW Trade License
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repairs
• A customer‑first mindset, with a commitment to quality work every time
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise repair tasks efficiently
• A calm, reliable approach under pressure and during busy periods
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Interest in cars and pride in your craft
