Detailer

Capital SMART is one of Australia's leading accident repair companies, with 60+ sites across Australia and New Zealand. We're looking for an experienced Detailer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

You'll be the final set of eyes on every vehicle before it goes back to the customer — responsible for finish quality, cleanliness, and making sure the repair meets our standard.

What you'll be doing:

• Quality checking vehicles on receipt to confirm all prior work is complete
• Washing and cleaning vehicle exteriors
• Buffing, de-nibbing, and polishing paintwork to the required finish
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Completing accurate records of work done

What we're looking for:

• Previous detailing experience in a panel shop or collision repair environment
• Solid knowledge of buffing, polishing, and de-nibbing techniques
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Full working rights in Australia
