Are you a proactive, people‑focused recruiter who loves partnering with leaders and finding great talent? This is a role that will see you recruiting for a wide range of roles from Apprentices through to trade qualified technicians, as well as operational and leadership positions.

With our Head Office based in Rowville, this is a full-time permanent role that offers genuine hybrid working arrangements post initial training.

This role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle across production and corporate roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver strong outcomes.
  • Build talent pipelines and run proactive sourcing for hard‑to‑fill roles.
  • Mentor and support the Talent Administration Officer to build capability and consistency.
  • Lead employer branding and attraction initiatives.
  • Provide insights, market updates and recruitment reporting to the business.

This is an ideal role for someone with an extensive background across internal or agency recruitment - Automotive recruitment is highly desirable.

You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and, the ability to manage stakeholders in a high-volume recruitment setting.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in agency or internal recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for a mix of production and corporate roles.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and confidence advising hiring managers.
  • Proactive sourcing and pipeline building skills
  • Experience using an ATS, ideally Humanforce / LiveHire.
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation and relationship‑building capability.
  • A collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Previous leadership or coaching experience (desirable but not essential).
