This Monday-Friday role is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Due to company growth, we are currently seeking an experienced, results focused Regional Customer Service Team Lead, to join our centralised team. This is a full time, permanent role based in Sydney (N/NE region). You will be flexible to travel between multiple Sydney sites.

In a fast-paced environment, you will be working closely with the National Customer Relations Lead and Site Managers. You will lead a Team of highly trained Customer Care professionals across our various sites in Sydney.

Additionally, this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly
  • Providing a supportive and work environment for all Customer Care Advisors.
  • Investigation and reporting of customer complaints / queries.
  • Internal stakeholder engagement.
  • Recruitment, training and performance management for Customer Care team members.

To be Considered you will:

  • Have previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced environment.
  • Strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction.
  • Have high attention to detail.
  • Be organised and has exceptional time management skills.
  • Build rapport in person as well as over the phone.
  • Work well in a team.
