Assembler & Apprentice Panel Beater (Booragoon)

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Assembler and an Apprentice Panel Beater to join the Team in Booragoon!

Monday to Friday - 6.00 am to 3.30 pm or 6.30 am to 4.00pm (You choose). Your overtime is guaranteed and paid after 38 hours worked each week!

If you are committed to working in a safe and collaborative manner and, have experience in Collision Repairs (or similar industry), KEEP READING!

With safety, quality and care and the forefront of everything you do, your new role will include, but not be limited to;

(Assembler)

• Reassemble vehicles in accordance with documented procedures and processes.
• Test and evaluate reassembly for safety and operability.
• Any ad hoc duties throughout the workshop as directed by leadership.
• Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures.

(Apprentice Panel Beater - Certificate III in Automotive Body Repair Technology - Panel Beating).

Within this opportunity, in a supportive environment you will learn:

• Disassemble vehicles
• Label parts and store accordingly
• Notate broken parts/extra repairs and submit to Estimator
• Double-check new parts are correct and not damaged
• Carry out repairs as per the Repair Method and in accordance with the Job Sheet/Estimate
• Reassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet
