About the roles:

(Customer Service - Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 4.00 pm)

You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing up-to-date information about their repairs and instilling confidence that the customer has left their car in very capable hands. In addition to that, this role will include (but not be limited to):

  • Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly.
  • Checking in all customers as they present for their assessment.
  • Providing a caring and professional service during all customer interactions.
  •  Managing the customer return to collect vehicle once repairs are completed and addressing any concerns.

(Car Washer)

Enjoy working in collaborative Team, with a roster that sees you finish before lunch, every Friday. (Monday to Thursday, 6.30 am to 5.00 pm and, Friday 6.30 am to 11.30 am)

With our focus always on our team, quality and safely, this role will include, but not be limited to:

  • Cleaning and polishing vehicles once repairs are complete.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is cleaned in accordance with documented processes and procedures.
  • Maintain your own spacious, indoor wash bay and equipment.
  • Ad hoc duties throughout the repair centre as required.
