Production Manager – South Morang

Lead production operations at Australia and New Zealand's largest collision repair network, with real pathways to senior leadership and beyond.

Your role will include:

• Overseeing and managing daily production workflow across the repair centre
• Leading, motivating and developing your team
• Ensuring safety, quality and efficiency standards are consistently met
• Problem-solving and meeting key production deadlines
• Delegating tasks and driving team performance

What we're looking for:

• Previous management experience in the collision repair industry
• Strong communication, organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate and get the best out of your team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting highly regarded
• Safety-first mindset
