The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Estimator to join the team in Hoppers Crossing.

Permanent position with a supportive team. Monday to Friday. 45 hours per week. Attractive remuneration on offer for the right experience.

What You'll Be Doing

• Assessing vehicle damage and preparing accurate, detailed repair estimates
• Liaising with insurers, customers, and the workshop team to manage job flow from quote to completion
• Sourcing parts and ensuring estimates align with quality, time, and cost standards
• Using estimating software to generate quotes in line with insurer and company guidelines
• Maintaining strong communication across the repair process to keep jobs on track
• Adhering to all WHS policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the automotive or collision repair industry
• Strong knowledge of estimating software (e.g. Audatex, PartsPoint or similar)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and a solid team player
