The Role

As an Associate Engineer in our ANZ business, your impact will be delivering major, cutting edge projects across Urban Development. Our Urban Development project portfolio spans master-planned communities, large-scale subdivisions, medium-density townhouses, retirement villages, industrial, commercial, civic and public infrastructure projects.

Our clients are varied and diverse and include developers looking to maximise their land’s development, government agencies creating or improving public infrastructure and community spaces, and institutional and corporate owners expanding their portfolio or refurbishing existing assets.  

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar in Civil Engineering is desirable.
  • 6 + years experience within Greenfield/Brownfields Land Development Projects.
  • Knowledge of 12D and Autocad would an advantage,
  • Demonstrated expertise in the consulting environment with a focus on Urban/Land Development
  • An understanding of the land development process;
  • The ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • CPEng Status and RPEQ
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills for facilitating internal and external stakeholder engagements and business development opportunities;
  • Experience in running projects within budget and on time.
