Site Coordinator - Earthworks

Personnel required for a major expansion at existing Pilbara mine sites to sustain operations. Site works have commenced, and major contracts will be awarded over the next 12 months, with works continuing through to handover in 2021. Calibre has been awarded the EPCM contract for the project and currently has a team of 120 engineers, procurement and project support personnel in Perth, whilst the site team will grow to a peak of about 70 site coordinators, engineers, HSE and site support personnel.

All Calibre Site personnel will be accommodated at the expanded existing Mesa A Camp and the Mesa H construction camp working on a 2 and 1 roster, flying in and out of Perth via Karratha.  


·        Supervise earthworks;

·        Responsible for scheduling and work planning;

·        Conduct of risk assessments.


·        Experience in major works projects is highly desirable;

·        Prior coordination of site activities is necessary;

·        Demonstrated awareness HSE is required;

·        An understanding of EPCM and EP contracts is advantageous.
