The Role
As a Technical Director you will be seen as the technical guru in Transportation, nationally. You will work closely with our leaders to manage project risk and maintain and develop new client relationships. Our engineers will also turn to you for advice and guidance.
You will work collaboratively with other Leaders and Technical Directors across the business to ensure consistency in approach, driving continual improvement and providing excellence through our people and processes to our clients, internal and external stakeholders across a range of projects.
Supporting the Transportation discipline across the various markets in which we operate, you will contribute to Calibre’s strategic development with the wider leadership team and promote cross-discipline collaboration to achieve the company’s objectives.
About You:
- 15+ years’ experience in the Transportation field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Project Director
- A Bachelor of Engineering degree
- A CPEng status
- Exceptional technical knowledge including in-depth technical undertaking in the transportation field
- Business planning & development, budgeting, and commercial acumen.
- High level of consulting and client management skills.
