As a Principal Engineer at Calibre, you will be part of our Urban Development team working to deliver major urban development and infrastructure projects across Australia. Day to day you will grow and develop a team of Engineers and Designers to provide innovative solutions to solve complex design issues for our clients.
With a strong portfolio of projects in hand, as well as a significant project pipeline we are looking for someone excited by the prospect of building a strong team of Engineers around them.

Thrive with us! We hope you'll bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 10+ years experience within the Stormwater/Flooding space.
- Experience in drainage and stormwater engineering, preferably in Urban Development projects
- Skills and understanding in relevant software (XP-Rafts, RORB, MUSIC, HEC-RAS, QGIS and/or TUFLOW etc)
- Experience of managing Engineers and growing a team.
- Sound knowledge of the Melbourne Water standards
- Strong analytical and technical report writing skills
- Well-developed communication skills
