The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Vehicle Team Leader. In this role, your focus will be to manage our busy team and to ensure safety focus is at the forefront of their minds, this role is based in our Christchurch Branch. We are looking for someone that we can invest in, and we want to be a part of your professional development. In addition, you will be joining a supportive and professional team.

We would like to hear from you if you have the following:

• Significant experience in the Heavy Vehicle industry
• Demonstrated experience in leading and growing a team
• Extensive knowledge of Trucks and Buses
• Ability to empower the team to take ownership of their safety practices
• Mechanical capability and technical skills; diagnosing faults and servicing heavy Commercial Vehicles
• Excellent diagnostic ability and analytical thinking to navigate complex issues and deliver high quality outcomes
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run a productive and efficient workshop
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
