We are currently seeking for a Food and Beverage Administrator, to join the Food and Beverage Department on a Full-Time Basis. This position will suit candidate with strong background in Office Administration with interest in hospitality or customer service industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing efficient and proactive administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department. Reporting directly to the Executive F&B Manager and will liaise with all departments across the organization, as well as external contractors and supplier

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist the Executive F&B Manager in the timely and accurate development of documentation for all F&B outlets – Sunset Bar & Grill, Kichi Kichi & Cichetti Club.
  • Coordinate the F&B purchasing system. Preparation of departmental purchase orders, reconciliation of invoices and liaison with Finance.
  • Staff rostering and approval of timesheets.
  • General administration duties for the kitchen and F&B outlets as required.
  • Formatting and printing; menus, signage and collaterals to restaurants and resort specs.
  • OHS attendance and actioning compliance requirements for the F&B department.
  • Coordinating internal food audits for kitchens from independent party and local department of health.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding of F&B staff. Coordinate induction and HR documentation for new employees.
  • Maintaining logbook records to meet guidelines for Liquor license, food premise license, Building inspections and the application for extended trading permits.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative or office support role, preferably within hospitality, events or customer service industry.
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Canva.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of liquor licensing requirements and food safety practices, or a willingness to learn.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
