Accounts Receivable Officer

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our resort based Finance team on a full time basis.

Reporting to the Hotel Accountant the successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Previous experience using computerised accounting packages, coupled with a good working knowledge of Excel
• The ability to coordinate multiple tasks whist maintaining attention to detail
• Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping) is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar hotel or resort environment will be highly regarded.

The role involves:

• Maintenance of all debtor records
• Issuing of invoices and any subsequent follow up required
• Processing of all incoming payments
• Liaison with various resort departments and debtors
• Assisting with other various Finance department project
• Assisting with fortnightly payroll
