We’re searching for passionate, energetic individuals ready to bring their talent to one of Australia’s most iconic coastal destinations.
We are currently seeking a customer service professional to join our small, friendly resort based Reservations department as a Reservations Clerk on a casual basis.
You will be responsible for being the first point of contact for potential guests and suppliers by responding to incoming calls, emails or fax enquiries and assist the reservations team in maximising revenue.
This position will involve:
- Have a fully conversant and display knowledge of all facilities and services offered at Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, including their locations, contact people and operating hours.
- Displaying professional, friendly and helpful service to all guests
- Data management and control of all reservation information should be maintained as per Resort standards.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven customer service experience, with the ability to quickly build positive and trusting relationships over the telephone
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Hospitality or Tourism industry
- Strong computer skills
- Proven administrative experience, including organisational and time management skills
- High level of both written and verbal communication skills, including a good phone manner
- Previous experience using RMS systems is preferred
