Suite and Villa Host

Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa is located on the world-famous Cable Beach in Broome, far north Western Australia. Broome is easily accessible by plane to all major Australian cities and offers a relaxed lifestyle with all the conveniences of shops, restaurants, cinemas, hospital and schools. Our property has 225 rooms of varying styles, 4 restaurants, pool side bars, tour desk, Resort Shop and Day Spa.

We are currently seeking to employ a Suite & Villa Host to join our busy Concierge department. The role of a Host is to attend to all requirements of our VIPs and guests accommodated in our Villas and Suites. 

The successful applicant must have:

• Previous experience in this role or a similar role
• The ability to provide a very high standard of customer service
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including, weekends, nights and public holidays
• Be fit and healthy with the ability to lift heavy luggage
• Professional communication and written skills as well as a strong work ethic
• Meticulous presentation and grooming standards
• Current Australian or International Drivers License – Manual
