We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher 

In this role, you will: 

• Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for your room that maintains our standard of excellence.  
• Lead, inspire and guide educators within your team to reach their full potential.  
• Champion children’s wellbeing whilst fostering a safe and secure environment where they can thrive.  
• Fostering positive, respectful relationships with children, families and the wider community.  
• Work with the Centre Manager to create a vibrant, welcoming and fun environment for our children and families.  

 What you bring to the table: 

• A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) as recognised by ACECQA.
• Experience in a long day care environment is desirable. 
• Strong competency to provide and maintain a strong educational program. 
• Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with staff, children and families through excellent communication skills. 
• A current First Aid certificate, WWCC, and Police Clearance (or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
