🙌 What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Crew Member, you’ll learn the ropes and get hands-on in all areas of the restaurant. Your main mission? Helping us serve awesome burgers and deliver top-tier customer service every shift.

Here’s what your day might include:

• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile 😊
• Making burgers to BU’s tasty standards (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
• Working behind the counter or in the kitchen as part of a tight-knit crew
• Keeping the store clean and fresh
• Helping your teammates and learning new skills every day

You don’t need experience — just the right attitude!

• Positive energy and great people skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Can keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Happy to work nights, weekends, or school holidays
• Punctual, reliable, and ready to be part of a team

• Valid working rights in Australia
• Able to get a Food Safety Certificate (we’ll help you out)
