We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager to lead our Andergrove team. This isn't a clipboard management role. We want someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About The Role

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including people leadership, customer service, food safety, inventory management, and financial performance
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to build a high-performing culture
• Drive sales growth and implement strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
• Manage rostering and labour costs to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain inventory levels and oversee ordering processes
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support local marketing initiatives and community engagement activities
• Maintain a clean, organised, and high-performing restaurant environment
• Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture

For the right candidate with current Australian working rights, there may be sponsorship opportunities following successful completion of probation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum two years' experience in a management role within hospitality, QSR, or restaurants
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and operational capability
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation requirements
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Passion for hospitality, people leadership, and creating exceptional customer experiences
