Burger Urge Venue Manager
Location: Andergrove
At Burger Urge, we're taking it back. To a time when burgers were made properly, hospitality meant something, and work was about creating great experiences for our people and guests.
For 18 years, we've been making delicious, juicy burgers using premium local ingredients and creating experiences that people love. As one of Australia's fastest-growing burger brands, we're passionate about great food, great people, and doing things differently.
But our vision goes beyond burgers.
We're building a group of companies that seamlessly integrates food, entertainment, music, film, art, and fashion to create one of the world's leading food, retail, and lifestyle brands. We want to redefine hospitality in the same way Apple redefined technology and Nike redefined sport.
We're looking for an experienced and hands-on Venue Manager to lead our Andergrove team. This isn't a clipboard management role. We want someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and is passionate about developing people and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
