The Role

As a Crew Member, you’ll be hands-on in all areas of the restaurant and play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests.

This is a fast-paced, team-focused role, perfect for people who enjoy staying busy and working with others.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service
• Taking orders and processing cash and card payments
• Preparing and assembling menu items to Burger Urge standards
• Cooking using grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Working closely with your team to keep service running smoothly
• Participating in pre‑opening training and ongoing development

• Able to stand for long periods at a time
• Flexible availability focusing on weekday (Monday-Friday)

Requirements

• Valid Australian working rights
• I'M ALERT - Food Handling Certificate (Or willingness to obtain)
• RSA Certificate
