Your Mission

As Corporate Operations Manager, you’ll be the strategic engine behind our corporate venues — driving results, shaping culture, and ensuring every customer walks out raving.

What You’ll Own

🔥 Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Lead venue strategy, sales growth, and cost efficiency.
  • Own the P&L across all company-owned venues.
  • Dive deep into sales mix and local marketing wins.

🎯 Customer Experience

  • Champion next-level service from greeting to goodbye.
  • Cut wait times, coach in real-time, and obsess over every customer moment.

💪 People & Culture

  • Build, train, and lead high-performing, passionate teams.
  • Monitor labour KPIs and boost retention through culture-first leadership.

⚙️ Operational Excellence

  • Streamline systems, procedures, and compliance.
  • Ensure every venue is sharp, safe, and unmistakably Burger Urge.

💼 Inventory & Cash Control

  • Take charge of stock, cash handling, and compliance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement smarter processes.

  • Proven multi-site leadership in fast-paced hospitality or retail.
  • Commercial smarts — you get the numbers and how to grow them.
