Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to the Managing Director
Let’s get straight to it.
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Founder and Managing Director of Burger Urge.
He moves fast, thinks big, and has 1,000 ideas before breakfast. Your job is to keep it all moving without letting anything fall through the cracks.
You'll be our Managing Director's right hand, managing both business and personal administration and keeping everything organised, prioritised and moving forward.
What you’ll be doing…
• Managing a busy and ever-changing calendar
• Coordinating meetings, appointments and commitments
• Managing emails and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director
• Handling light personal administration, including appointments, bookings, gifts and general life logistics
• Coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries
• Preparing reports, presentations, meeting notes and action items
• Tracking deadlines, follow-ups and outstanding actions across multiple departments
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Screening requests and helping prioritise what genuinely needs attention
• Following up with the people who said they’d have it done “tomorrow”
• Making sure the Managing Director is where he needs to be, when he needs to be there
