About the Role – NPD Manager:
You’ll work closely with our founders, ops team, marketing legends, and supply chain pros to launch game-changing, drool-worthy creations.
This role is all about innovation with purpose. We’re not here to follow trends, we’re here to set them.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop & launch new, premium food products
- Drive creative concepts that match our bold brand & customer cravings
- Ensure compliance with food safety & regulatory standards
- Lead projects through our Stage-Gate innovation process
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Marketing, IT, Sales & Supply Chain
- Use data & market insight to guide flavour direction & trends
- Support national operations, refurbishments, and new venue rollouts
What You Bring to the Table
- Degree in Food Science, Technology (not mandatory but preferable), or a related field.
- Proven experience from concept to commercialisation
- Hands-on skills in meat and smallgoods development
- A flair for project management and a love for spreadsheets (hello Excel)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving chops
- Autonomy, adaptability, and a little creative chaos
