This role presents a unique opportunity to design and lead a modern IT function—shaping how technology enables every part of our business.

About the Role

As the Head of Technology, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end leadership of our IT department, developing and executing a company-wide technology strategy. You will ensure our systems are reliable, secure, scalable, and innovative—supporting our operational teams, franchise partners, and guest experience across the entire network.

This is a pivotal leadership role with both strategic oversight and operational delivery responsibilities, sitting at the heart of our business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design and implement an IT strategy aligned with business goals

·        Oversee infrastructure, software, and systems across stores and head office

·        Lead cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management frameworks

·        Deliver technology projects on time and within budget

·        Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships

·        Provide internal IT support and foster strong stakeholder relationships

·        Build and lead a high-performing, collaborative IT team

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (multi-site or QSR experience highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems
• Demonstrated success in leading digital projects and cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
