The Role:
As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the management of the restaurant. From leading staff to ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence, you’ll be the one to keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue.
- Lead and train staff, ensuring everyone is aligned with company standards.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness meet all health and safety regulations.
- Help manage inventory, ordering supplies and keeping everything stocked.
- Work on strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring shifts are always covered.
- Assist in marketing and promotions to elevate our presence.
What We're Looking For:
We’re not just looking for a manager— we want someone passionate about delivering great customer service and leading a team to success. If you have:
- At least 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A knack for handling a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- An energetic personality and a “can-do” attitude.
