As we continue to scale, we are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to join our New Farm Head Office and play a key role at the centre of a dynamic and evolving business.
The Role
This is a high‑impact, trusted partnering role supporting our Managing Director in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You’ll be the go‑to organiser, problem‑solver, and calm presence keeping everything moving behind the scenes - while being deeply embedded in the day‑to‑day rhythm of the business.
This is a full‑time, in‑office role, ideal for someone who thrives on collaboration, visibility, and building strong working relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
- Managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel coordination, and day-to-day business administration.
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Supporting leasing, property, and venue administration activities across the business
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and coordination.
- Tracking actions, approvals, compliance items, and operational deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Supporting cross-functional business projects, new venue activity, and strategic initiatives as required.
- Creating structure, organisation, and administrative consistency across a fast-moving environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as an EA or Senior PA. C‑suite experience highly regarded.
- Exposure to leasing, property coordination, facilities administration, or retail/hospitality support environments highly regarded.
- Demonstrated multitasking capability and flexibility within a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
- Strong capability across technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and business administration systems, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and processes.
- Confidence working with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and confidential business matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountability.
- A positive attitude, adaptability, and genuine passion for being part of a creative, high‑energy team.
