Reporting to the Head of Retail, this dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of social media and paid content, while also bringing structure and support to the local marketing efforts of our national store network.
You’ll be responsible for managing the social media calendar, creating engaging content, coordinating influencer outreach, overseeing community management, and supporting the execution of paid digital campaigns.

- Manage sponsorships, local promos, and community activations from the Support Centre
- Keep the print portal up to date with fresh artwork and tools
- Work with media buyers, printers, and suppliers on bookings and creative

What You’ll Bring:
- Experience in marketing coordination, digital content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with suppliers, stores, and stakeholders.
- A love for planning events, building relationships, and making ideas happen.
- Solid social media know-how (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite = bonus!).
- A high level of organisation and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
- A passion for bold branding, real results, and good burgers.

This role is perfect for a Marketing Coordinator with 2–3 years’ experience, especially if you’ve already been hands-on with social media and digital content. If you’ve dabbled in local area marketing or worked in franchising, that’s a big bonus—but not essential.
