Role Overview
As our Recruitment & HR Advisor, you’ll take charge of our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, working closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the business. Your work will directly influence the strength of our team and culture. This role is perfect for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and help scale a growing hospitality brand with bold ambitions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Recruitment Strategy & Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies across job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Collaborate with venue and head office managers to forecast hiring needs and fill roles quickly.
- Craft compelling, on-brand job ads that reflect company culture.
- Manage resume screening, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth, timely candidate experience aligned with company values.
Onboarding and Employee Experience Champion
- Manage the entire onboarding process, from offer to day one, including handling paperwork, compliance, and system setups (TANDA, SharePoint, Police Checks & VEVO's Chekcks, References).
- Ensure new hires feel welcomed and confident, setting the tone for a positive work environment.
- Assist in HR projects for the franchisee network and gather feedback through surveys to enhance the employee experience.
- Provide support to the HR Manager/HRBP with operational HR compliance tasks and projects.

- Tech-Savvy: You’re confident using tools like LiveHire, Safety Culture, PowerBI, TANDA, SharePoint, and Monday.com.
- Experienced: You bring 2+ years of recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition experience, preferably in hospitality or a fast-paced industry.
