The Role

As a Crew Member, you’ll be hands‑on in all areas of the restaurant and play an important role in delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.

We are hiring both junior and senior crew members, making this a great opportunity whether you’re starting your first job or looking to take the next step in hospitality.

This is a fast‑paced, team‑focused role, perfect for people who enjoy staying active and working as part of a close‑knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, welcoming and efficient customer service
• Taking orders and processing cash and card payments
• Preparing and assembling menu items to Burger Urge standards
• Cooking using grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards
• Working closely with your team to keep service running smoothly

Senior Crew Members may also be involved in:

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Leading shifts and helping manage service flow
• Assisting with training, quality standards and procedures

Requirements

• Valid Australian working rights
• I’M ALERT – Food Handling Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• RSA Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
