The Role
We're looking for a practical, hands-on Handyman or Service Technician to join our team! Carrying out service and maintenance, you’ll be responsible for client satisfaction across a wide range of industrial and mining sites.
This role would suit someone with handyman, maintenance, trade assistant, or field service experience who enjoys working with customers and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

This is a permanent opportunity rostered across Monday to Friday.
What You'll Be Doing
- Travelling to customer sites to carry out service, maintenance, and support tasks.
- Building positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions.
- Working autonomously to complete assigned work while maintaining communication with the broader team.
- Identifying practical solutions and ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Representing the business professionally at all times.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in a handyman, maintenance, facilities, trade assistant, or similar role.
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues.
- Professional presentation and customer-focused mindset.
- Current driver's licence.
The Working Environment
- Regular travel to customer sites within approximately 90 minutes of the branch.
- Occasional longer-distance travel including a once quarterly 4-hour drive.
- 12-hour workdays as required.
- Minimal manual lifting, though the role requires candidates to be comfortable spending extended periods on their feet.
- Exposure to industrial and operational environments (experience working on mine sites is an advantage).
