Lead the growth, retention, and strategic development of key customers and market segments across our portfolio as a National Key Account Manager. This is not a transactional sales role; this is a true strategic account management role. You'll work directly with senior decision-makers, develop long-term growth plans, negotiate commercial agreements, and identify opportunities that create value for both the customer and Bullivants. Success in this role is measured by the strength of your customer relationships, your ability to unlock growth, and the commercial outcomes you deliver

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute short and long-term account plans designed to grow revenue, margin, and customer retention across designated accounts
  • Foster relationships with key decision makers to understand plans, operational priorities, and develop solutions to anticipate needs
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities, risks, and improvement initiatives
  • Contribute to customer agreements, proposals, and pricing/service solutions that balance customer value with profitable business growth
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and adjacent customer sites
  • Maintain strong CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and reporting and review rhythms

About you:

  • Enjoy building long-term customer relationships and influencing key stakeholders
  • Have experience managing strategic accounts within mining, industrial, construction, engineering, or related sectors
  • Are commercially minded and understand how to balance customer value with profitable growth
  • Can develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Thrive in a consultative sales environment
  • Are confident negotiating agreements and presenting solutions
  • Have a proactive, results-driven approach and enjoy working autonomously
