Business Development Manager (Heavy Lifting & Rigging)

You will be at the forefront of building business and growing the Bullivants portfolio, delivering on our compelling customer offer and value add approach. You will focus on developing a strong pipeline while partnering with the internal Sales Teams and working hands-on with customers bring tailored solutions to life.

Skills required:

• Proven experience in a BDM or Sales role (crane or construction industry preferred)
• Proactive, energetic, and ambitious mindset to build upon existing market share
• Willingness to be on the ground face to face with customers
• Strong communication and ability to build trust quickly
• Commercial mindset to develop solution-oriented outcomes
• Competency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• A full, unrestricted Australian drivers license

Tasks of the role:

• Grow market presence by identifying opportunities for business growth to convert leads
• Build long term relationships with customers, becoming their trusted advisor for heavy lifting and rigging
• Develop a strong sales pipeline to ensure the achievement of targets
• Support the Marketing and Category Teams with campaigns to build brand visibility
• Actively involved in working with customers to deliver specialised rigging equipment to meet their needs
